Father and son reading together. So sweet!

Monkey Feet

When Camden lays on his back to play with toys he always wraps his feet around the toy like another set of hands.

Little Prince

Debbie Murphy (Deb Deb) gave this "Little Prince" piggy bank to Camden yesterday, because he is a little prince. I thought it was so cute.

Almost Crawling

Camden is starting to move now. On Tuesday when I put him down on his knees he would just rock, yesterday he actually stated to move himself. The gate must go up now.

Tuesday, July 22, 2008

Camden really wants to crawl but he just seems to rock back and forth when he's put down on his belly.

Leisure Monday

Yesterday we went to Canadian Tire to get some things and I decided that it was time to try Camden in the big stroller. As soon as we put him in he pulled his feet up and put them on the food tray.

My Man with his new hair cut.

Home At Last

We arrived home at 2:30pm on Sunday. Camden only slept for 45 mins. of the drive so he was tired when we got home. So precious.

Breakfast

Krysta making scrambled eggs. Before we left the camp we had a huge breakfast, beacon, scrambled eggs, strawberries, and cheesy potatoes. I was so yummy but we had a lot of left overs.

The Proof

The proof that the guys really were in a race. Non of them took a camera so we wanted to make sure that they really did to the race and weren't just saying they did.

Happy 30th Birthday Duane!!!!!!!!

The day of the race was Saturday, July 19th, Duane's birthday. So while they were at the race we did a little decorating.
His birthday cake. Libby and MacKenzie were so proud because they helped me carry it out. Duane told me later he had a good time and was happy we had something for him, because at the time he didn't seem impressed. I guess he was a little tired from riding 50km on his bike. Love you Duane

Around the Camp

Libby was sitting playing with cards at the table and decided she wanted her mommy to play too.
The girls making funny faces.

Getting Ready for the Race

Duane cutting onions for the omlette.
Tim grating cheese for the omlette.
Is this a breakfast for champions? I'm not sure about that but it sure tasted amazing.
Duane, Tim and Peter getting ready to go to the race. Duane and Tim were supposed to do the 40km but changed their minds and did the 50km. Duane came in 1st and Tim 2nd. Way to go guys.

In Antigonish

Camden and Lincoln waiting patiently while we unload the cars.
We went to Mother Webb's for lunch. They only had 1 highchair and of course Camden pooped just as we got there. I went to change him in the bathroom but they didn't have a changing station so I went out and changed him in the trunk of the car.
Duane with Peter, Krysta, and their children MacKenzie and Jay. Peter and Krysta arrived at around 8:00pm.
Tim, Libby and Marni reading the camp book.

Next Stop, Antigonish

Going on the ferry.
It was so hot we couldn't stay in our car.
Waiting to get on the ferry. The main reason for going to Antigonish was a bike race. Duane, Tim and Peter; who we met in Antigonish, were in a bike race on Saturday 19th.

The Last Campfire

The blazing fire.
Tim, Marni and Libby, and Sean and April by the fire.

The Toy Factory

This store was so great. They had tons of wooden toys with a factory in the back that you could go in to watch them make things. I really liked the wooden Noah's Ark.
On the way home from Cows we stopped at the Toy Factory. These figures were in the playground.
What do you think of me with blond hair.

Cows Ice Cream

Ty, April and I. I have this weird look on my face because I was in the middle of chewing when Duane took the picture. My new favourite ice cream from Cows is Peanut Butter Cup Cup.
